On September 25, 2024, two culinary worlds collided at the Holzhütt’n.
Under the theme Asia vs. Europe, guests were treated to a truly unique tasting experience where the cuisines of two continents competed head-to-head. The menus were thoughtfully crafted by the chefs of Mizu San Experience and Meat Atelier, creating an evening full of contrasts, creativity and unforgettable flavors.
With a passion for high-quality ingredients and creative culinary craftsmanship, the chefs
presented an exclusive 4-course menu that showcased the finest traditions of both
continents. Guests were taken on a journey of flavors, with every element - from delicate
amuse-bouches to hearty main courses - thoughtfully harmonized. Each course highlighted
both the contrasts and the beautiful connections between Asian and European cuisine.
The evening was a complete success - not only were the guests' palates delighted, but the
artistic presentation of each dish was a visual highlight in itself.
The warm and inviting atmosphere of the Holzhütt'n further enhanced the exclusive setting,
making the event - priced at €79 per person - a memorable experience for food lovers and
connoisseurs alike.
The night was defined by passion, culture and culinary excellence, with two continents
