Under the direction of Martin Azzu, the wooden cabin shines in new splendor and impresses with an innovative concept. He has transformed the old cabin with such attention to detail that the changes can not only be seen but also felt – while still preserving the familiar feeling of home.

Everything begins with the quality of the product itself. For us, it’s not only about where an animal is raised or what it is fed, but also how it is treated and how it is slaughtered. Transparency, sustainability and respectful animal husbandry are essential values for us. We know our animals and their living conditions in detail, and we place the highest importance on ensuring that they enjoy a healthy, natural and stress-free life. After careful rearing, our meat is prepared for further processing with the utmost care at the Mahofer butchery in Kitzeck. Especially when it comes to dry aging – a craft we practice with great passion – the quality of the raw product is absolutely crucial. Only through thoughtful selection and proper rearing of our animals can we achieve the level of excellence required for this demanding maturation process. Traditional craftsmanship, deep knowledge of origin and quality, and a strong sense of regional responsibility are at the heart of everything we do.
